Terrible Range

I purchased the range from Lowes in May 2020. Didnt get it delivered until July 2020 and have been having issues/problems with it ever since. The quality of paint on the stove is cheap for the price of the range. If I had a chance to repurchase it wouldnt be LG

I bought this in November of 2020 very nice and great features. January of this year 2023 the enamel inside of the oven started breaking off when I did a self clean I will give another review after the tech ones tomorrow.

I honestly have to say the stove works but very poor quality. First of all every time you go to use it it plays video game songs way ? I can push across the floor with one finger just opening and closing the oven door move the stove around. Theres no insulation in the stove whatsoever and the only reason it was purchased is because I couldnt get parts for my old Tappan by the time you buy the extras that dont come with it. Its way over priced.

I have to open all windows and doors when using this range due to the high smell of gas coming from it while in use. I am looking into replacing this range out of fear due to the safety of my family. I am not sure if Ive purchased a lemon but I would not recommend this product.

We bought an earlier version of this model and it no longer ignites the oven the controls have been replaced and are broken again and the digital cooker clock is faulty. Its clear that LG dont have the right depth of knowledge to build white goods that need to support high temperatures.

I bought this stove a year ago and have really enjoyed it. It cleans up easy and the placement of all the burners is perfect. I have a gas stove and love gas.

When the oven light burned out I could not get the globe around the bulb to come off. I had my son try also to no avail. I had to call Best Buy service to come to my home. He had to take off the entire back panel to get to the fixture. This is unacceptable. He ordered an entirely new socket and sent it via U.S. Mail. I still had a hard time reaching the back of the oven. This is just not user-friendly. I would not recommend this product.

I absolutely love my gas range. It performs very well. We have no complaints. It cleans up so nicely and is such a handsome statement piece in my kitchen which is why Ive named it Curtis.

Broke down only after a year and half

So we had our entire redone in 2020 April to be exact. We were excited to upgrade our appliances and was recommended to go with LG. Well not even 2 years later our oven went. 4 days before Christmas went to turn it on and got an error of F9 which basically said it failed to preheat within the first 5 minutes tried the trouble shooting and nothing put in a claim the first repair company never showed up. The only reason I didnt lose my cool was because it was still under warranty thankfully we purchased the extended warranty Called after the holidays and told them was set up with another company they came out to tell us it was a bad ignitor but they had to order a new one and would be in about a week. Meanwhile I have no oven
